Pentagon Computers has opened a HP World showroom in Tirunelveli recently.
It's the first exclusive HP showroom in Tirunelveli.
Shankar Babu of Hotel Aryaas inaugurated the showroom. About 20 members from
the Computer Dealers Association (CDAT) of Tirunelveli attended the event,
including Ananthavaratharajan, President, CDAT and Jacob Durairaj, Secretary,
CDAT.
G Ravikumar, CEO, Pentagon Computers and also the President of Computer and
Media Society (CAMS), Madurai, said, “It's our first step to take HP products
much closer to people. With our strength and experience in the IT distribution,
we will offer the best service to the customers. Since we opened, we see good
response for laptops at our showroom.”
The showroom will offer entire range of HP products from cartridges, printers
to desktops/laptops and accessories.
“Besides sales, offering after-sales service will be our key focus,”
Ravikumar added. At present, the showroom has two service engineers and two
showroom supervisors. The company has future plans to open more showrooms in
and around Tamil Nadu.
