Mahindra Satyam, brand identity of Satyam Computer Services announced a
global alliance partnership with Delhi-based Vision Solutions. The latter is a
provider of IBM Power high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR) and
transformation solutions. This alliance is meant to strengthen Mahindra Satyam's
HA/DR offerings.
A S Murthy, CTO, Satyam Computer Services said, “We are pleased to partner
with the world's leading IBM Power HA/DR solution provider as their partner of
choice. This tie-up will enable us to leverage the growing market for HA/DR
services by exploring new markets and supporting existing customers.”
He added that these solutions ensure that business-critical information is
continuously protected, available, minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Allan reiterated that Vision Solutions has a committed investment strategy in
India. The recent appointment of Bhavik Dangarwala as regional director would be
followed by further investments in 2010.

infrastructure and processes on a 24x7 basis, delivering optimum business
value.
Vision Solutions and Mahindra Satyam have already started delineating a joint
go-to marketing plan to tap into the multi million dollar HA/DR market.
