South Gujarat IT Associations (SITA) recently organized a blood donation camp
for its members.
The event, sponsored by WeP Peripherals was called 'Donate blood save life.'
Ketan Patel, President, SITA said, "The association always wanted to organize
such an event. It proved to be a tremendous success. Close to 130 SITA partners
donated blood and around 115 units of blood was collected."
A free health checkup coupon was given away to every donor. It can help
donors get tests like hemoglobin, blood sugar, lipid profile, etc. SITA has tied
up with pathology labs for the same.
Hitesh, Regional Head-Gujarat, WeP Peripherals and Kaushik Savjiani,
Head-Channel, WeP Peripherals also took part in the event.
